@DARJYO has been thinking about redefining and re-imagining learning to ensure children develop the necessary skills for navigation in an uncertain and complex world. Stemming from personal experience, our co-founder Darshani Persadh recently spent 8 weeks consolidating a learning foundation with LEGO Braille Bricks for teaching learners with visual impairment. With this collaboration DARJYO is able to -Develop facilitation techniques for tactile brick discovery, find new tools for braille cell discovery and arrangement of dots. -Teach braille letters & signs, numbers & math symbols, develop basic math and geometry. -Adapt and assess learner progress with the LEGO Braille Bricks concept and method. Contributing to SDG 4 - Quality Education, DARJYO is driving inclusive access to Braille Literacy.
